And in the process, he verified that Dominic Solanke of Bournemouth had been the subject of a transfer request from Postecoglou’s Tottenham team.”If they’ve succeeded in that [signing a center-back], then the priorities change when the summer arrives,” Jacobs stated.
However, I believe that the summer will be a little more focused; they’ll either want a profile similar to Dominic Solanke or want to compete for an Ivan Toney, should he become available.I’m not claiming they are specific Spurs targets, though Solanke has undoubtedly been contacted.
