Perhaps Brady noticed some parallels between Purdy’s and his style of play when he was recently describing the 49ers star.
Brady talked to Pat McAfee about what motivates Purdy, citing his low draft pick—akin to Brady’s—after the University of Michigan defeated Alabama in the Orange Bowl.
Brady disproved his doubters, and now Purdy is bearing down on his opponent in the NFL and doing the same.
