Conor Coady has suggested that many Tottenham Hotspur players will not be best pleased following an announcement which the club has made in the last few days.
Of course, the last few weeks of this Premier League season are on everyone’s mind right now.The team led by Ange Postecoglou is still a strong contender to finish in the top four and advance back to the Champions League the following year.

Some players may actually relish opportunity
Because of the European Championships, you would imagine that a number of Tottenham’s key players will not be involved. Figures such as James Maddison will not want to take any risks ahead of the summer.
That may present an opportunity to some of the fringe players. Obviously, Postecoglou is unlikely to make any big decisions based on what happens against Newcastle in Melbourne. However, there may be scope for a couple of players to leave him with some food for thought ahead of pre-season.
