Yang’s first few appearances for QPR came from the bench. However, he was finally handed his first start for the club in their 4-0 Championship win over Derby County at Loftus Road on Friday
The 18-year-old impressed, grabbing his first assist in English football.
Therefore, Lily white Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – wouldn’t be surprised to see Yang remain with QPR on loan next season.
“Yang got his first assist for QPR, which was good to see,” Wenham said.
“It looks as though he is well-liked at Loftus Road, and he is already starting games which is good to see. Therefore, I wouldn’t be surprised, or against, him remaining with QPR on loan again next season.
“I could see him becoming one of the regular wingers at the club. QPR have always relied on talented wingers, it is a big part of how they play. As a result, he would get plenty of opportunities there and see a lot of the ball.”

It would be difficult for Yang to ignore the impact Son Heung-min has made in North London over the past decade. Arguably the greatest South Korean player of all time, Son is also a Spurs legend.
Therefore, Yang will no doubt feel inspired by his fellow countryman and will be keen to replicate what the 32-year-old has achieved in the Premier League.
