Jarrod Bowen has spoken out ahead of the West Ham vs Newcastle clash in the Premier League on Monday night.
The West Ham United captain will be hoping to guide his side to three successive Premier League wins when Newcastle come to the London Stadium.
Jarrod Bowen has been in fine form for the Hammers this season, and is in a two-way race with Aaron Wan-Bissaka for the Hammer of the Year award.
Graham Potter recently raved about West Ham ace Jarrod Bowen, suggesting that the 28-year-old can get even better.
The former Hull City ace is our most important player, by quite some way, and he’s growing into his leadership role as well.
He is a hugely popular figure amongst the Hammers fans and the feeling is very much mutual.
Now Bowen has sent a plea to the West Ham supporters ahead of the clash with the Magpies on Monday night.

The Hammers desperately need a win tonight, if we are to keep alive our feint hopes of a top 10 finish.
Meanwhile, Eddie Howe’s men need all three points as well, as the race for the Champions League places begins to really heat up.
Newcastle have plenty of injury problems to worry about, but they have been boosted by the news that Alexander Isak is set to return to action.
Whilst the Toon might be weakened, playing them will still represent an incredibly tough test for us.
So the West Ham players will need the fans to get behind them at the London Stadium.
Bowen had a message for the Hammers fans when writing his programme notes, as quoted by WHUFC.com:
“We play Newcastle and are looking to complete our first Premier League ‘double’ of the season, having won 2-0 at St James’ Park before Christmas. That was one of our best performances of the season and showed what we are capable of. The same can be said of our last two games against Arsenal and Leicester, when we registered deserved wins, kept valuable clean sheets and collected six points.
“We’d obviously love to make it three wins in a row on Monday night and, if we all do our jobs as well as we have done in those matches, with your support, we can do it.“
That’s a clear message there from Bowen pleading with the fans for their support.
It’s little wonder why he’s asking for that, after the woeful atmosphere during our 2-0 win over Leicester City 11 days ago.
In fact, the atmosphere inside West Ham’s home ground has been incredibly poor in general throughout the entire season.
We simply cannot allow that worrying trend to continue.
If we are to beat Newcastle, the London Stadium needs to be absolutely bouncing on Monday night.
West Ham fans take note of Wan-Bissaka’s London Stadium claim
The majority of Hammers fans cannot abide the match-day experience inside our Stratford home.
However, the simple fact of the matter is that the place has been absolutely rocking at times – notably during our clashes with Tottenham in 2017, Liverpool in 2021, Sevilla in 2022 and Bayer Leverkusen in 2024.
“Making London Stadium our home. It’s a beautiful stadium. Before I joined, I had played here but was on the other end, so to experience it on this end is very special and has been an incredible feeling.”
If the players love the London Stadium, then the very least the fans can do is make every effort to create a good atmosphere inside the ground.
In fairness though, the players need to play on the front foot with real impetus in order to get people of their seats as well.
Jarrod Bowen urged the West Ham fans to get behind the team for the Newcastle game, and I fully expect the atmosphere to be red-hot in Stratford tonight.
