It was a huge night for teams in the Europa League with all clubs playing the second leg of their round of 16 matches.
And it was great news for Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Rangers as they all made it through to quarter-finals.
But how did they do and who will they face in the next round?
Manchester United
Manchester United went into the game knowing they needed to win against Spanish side Real Sociedad to go through to the quarter-finals, after drawing the first leg 1-1.
United got off to the worst possible start as Mikel Oyarzabal scored a penalty after being brought down by Matthijs de Ligt only ten minutes into the match.
However, they levelled six minutes later as captain Bruno Fernandes also scored from the penalty spot after Rasmus Hojlund was fouled in front of the Sociedad goal.
And it was Bruno Fernandes to the rescue again as he scored twice in the second half to complete his hat-trick.
Diogo Dalot added a fourth goal in stoppage time to complete a 5-2 victory on aggregate against 10-man Sociedad, who had a player sent off half-way through the second half.
Manchester United will now face French side Lyon in the last eight.
Tottenham Hotspur
Meanwhile, Tottenham will face Eintracht Frankfurt in the quarter-finals after a 3-1 home win over AZ Alkmaar sealed a 3-2 victory for Ange Postecoglou’s side over two legs.
Tottenham knew they had a huge task if they wanted to make it through to the next round.
They lost their first leg 1-0 against Dutch side AZ Alkmaar.
Wilson Odebert opened the scoring for Totteham with his first goal for the club in the first half, before Spurs took the lead in the tie early in the second half thanks to James Maddison.
AZ managed to snatch an aggregate equaliser but it was Tottenham’s night as Odobert got his second goal of the match to seal a 3-1 home win and a 3-2 victory over the two legs.
Spurs will now face German side Eintracht Frankfurt in the quarter-finals.
Rangers
Rangers also made it through to the quarter-finals of the Europa League but it was a nail biting match as they needed penalties to overcome Fenerbahce.
Despite having a 3-1 first leg lead, they lost 2-0 to the Turkish side – which tied them 3-3 on aggregate after 90 minutes.
Cerny and Tavernier went close for Rangers in extra time but neither team could find the decisive goal meaning that spot kicks were needed to decide who would move into the next round of the competition.
Rangers dug deep and goalkeeper Jack Butland had a night to remember as he made two huge saves to put Rangers through.
They will now face Spanish side Athletic Bilbao in the quarter-finals.
