Tottenham in Advance talks to sign Lutsharel Geertruida

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly leading the race to sign Dutch right-back Lutsharel Geertruida, who is also a target for Liverpool. According to The Mirror, Spurs have offered Geertruida a contract, and the deal could be worth around £25 million. The 23-year-old’s versatility, being able to play as a right-back, center-back, and defensive midfielder, makes him a valuable addition to Ange Postecoglou’s squad.
This signing could help address the squad depth issues that Spurs faced last season, especially with the potential departure of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
