Kaizer Chiefs have a red-hot January transfer list composed of seven talented stars.

Kaizer Chiefs have reportedly made an offer for Bafana Bafana star, Percy Tau.

Meanwhile, Nasreddine Nabi and Amakhosi have been linked with another SIX players.

    FULL LIST OF CHIEFS TARGETS

    Percy Tau,

    Oswin Appollis

    Zakhele Lepasa

    Asanele Velebayi

    Luke Le Roux

    Ramiro Vaca

    Salum Feisal

Amakhosi have been heavily linked with Bafana Bafana attacker Tau.

Furthermore, Tau is likely to leave Al Ahly having finally settled on his buyout clause. Moreover, Chiefs have reportedly made an offer for the Bafana Bafana attacker.

    RENEWED INTEREST LIKELY

Meanwhile, Appollis was Chiefs main target in the last transfer window. So, with Nasreddine Nabi determined to sign an attacker they are planning to make him an improved offer for the Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns target.

Speaking of the Bucs, Pirates attacker Lepasa has also been linked with a move to Chiefs. However, at the time of publication this has not been confirmed.

Moreover, Velebayi is the other attacker who Chiefs were after. So, it is quite likely that they could pursue the Cape Town spurs man yet again this January.

    MORE MIDFIELD TARGETS EMERGE

Following Edson Castillo’s long-term injury, Amakhosi management have been monitoring potential midfielder replacements.

Additionally, George Matlou is one of several Chiefs stars linked with a likely exit. Finally, the latest Amakhosi targets are Le Roux and Vaca, as reported on The South African.

Meanwhile, Feisal is another man on Amakhosi’s radar who they were monitoring a few months ago

‘They always call me, I am now free and ready to join Kaizer Chiefs’

An Angolan international has issued a ‘come and get me’ plea to Kaizer Chiefs this January transfer window.

Chiefs recently released legendary goalkeeper and one club man Itumeleng Khune at the start of the season.

    Chiefs uncertain in goalkeeping department

They did not wait long to sign another goalkeeper, however, with TS Galaxy agreeing to sell Fiacre Ntwari to them. The Rwandan international joined the likes of Bruce Bvuma and Brandon Petersen at Chiefs. Despite being given the opportunity to start for the majority of the season, he found himself dropped recently. It is not clear whether it was because of a lack of form, or an injury he picked up on international window.

That saw Chiefs revert to Bvuma and Petersen. During this period, the club has possibly been missing the experience of Khune at goal. One goalkeeper that does have experience in age and playing in the league is Hugo Marques. The 38-year-old played for Cape Town City in South Africa before leaving in controversial fashion. He returned home to Angolan giants Petro de Luanda. There he has helped the club win league titles and also have good runs on the continent.

Marques offers himself to the club!

Now according to Pana Africa, Marques is ready to leave Petro de Luanda and has offered himself to Chiefs!

“If there is an offer, I will go easily because Inacio is there. I’m free now. I can assign a pre-contract [with Chiefs]. Chiefs always ask for me, now I’m free. I can join them next season.” Said Marques.

Angolan newspaper Jornal de Angola also claim that Chiefs are exploring the possibility of signing Marques.

“However, South Africa’s Kaizer Chiefs, despite not yet making their wish official, have been exploring the possibility of signing the player (Marques),” wrote the publication.

Chiefs fans, would you have 38-year-old Marques sign for your club as a free agent? Feel free to leave your thoughts and feelings in the comments below.
