Fabrizio Romano says ‘lightning-quick’ striker is keen to join Tottenham

Fabrizio Romano says Gift Orban is keen to join Tottenham

Tottenham will never be able to find a suitable substitute for Kane.

There aren’t many footballers in the world quite like him, and the likelihood that Spurs will find someone who can replace him right away and perform in the same manner as he did is next to nothing.

Bringing in a striker with the potential to be a star would be the smart move for Ange Postecoglou and company.

Given how well Gift Orban fits into Tottenham’s lineup, Romano has now asserted that the striker would be open to moving to North London.

“For Orban, they had some contacts on the side of the player,” he claimed. Orban is enthusiastic about a prospective move to Premier League football and a significant club like Tottenham, so they pursued the player and made good contacts.

However, there isn’t an actual bid as of yet.

    TBR View:

Orban is a very talented striker, so it’s not surprising that Tottenham would like to buy him this summer.

In 22 games last season, the ‘lightning-quick’ Nigerian, who is only 21 years old, scored 20 goals. His potential is enormous, as seen by the fact that he has already made six of six in this campaign.

A move to Spurs would be the ideal next step in Orban’s career because Postecoglou is a manager who gives young players a chance and aids in their development.

To what extent Tottenham will actually submit a bid for him in the upcoming days is unknown.

‘Underrated’ Tottenham player’s international teammates were convinced he’d join Manchester United

Many of Harry Kane’s international teammates, who play for Tottenham Hotspur, reportedly believed that he would join Manchester United this summer.

The star player for the Spurs is now in the last year of his deal. He will have the option of signing a pre-contract with a foreign club in January in order to transfer freely next year if he isn’t able to go this month.

Because of this, many people, including several England players, assumed that Kane would be moving this summer, according to Miguel Delaney in his The Independent column.

Tottenham star Harry Kane’s England teammates thought he’d join Manchester United

Manchester United would be among the elite clubs vying for Harry Kane’s signature if Tottenham made him blatantly available at the start of the summer transfer season.

Due to the lack of a talented striker, the Red Devils had to rely on Marcus Rashford to perform well.

While Erik ten Hag’s team still managed to place third, there is a perception at Old Trafford that they are capable of much more if the Dutchman had a forward who will commit to scoring 25 goals per season.

That individual is Kane, and according to the article, many England players who crossed paths with the striker shortly after the conclusion of the previous campaign “firmly believed” he would move from Tottenham to Manchester United in the following offseason.

Manchester United, meanwhile, has turned its attention to other players because Daniel Levy has steadfastly maintained that he is unwilling to allow his talisman depart, particularly not to a rival English team.

According to the source, there is a notion that United will make separate cash available to complete this transaction if Levy decides to be open to selling him to a Premier League team.

    To Be Read:

Kane would undoubtedly still be of interest to Manchester United this summer, but that possibility now seems to be gone.

The likelihood that the “underrated” Englishman will depart this month is still quite high. Bayern Munich is exerting significant pressure on him to sign with them, and considering the effort they have made, they stand a decent chance of succeeding.

But even if Kane decides to stay, Manchester United will undoubtedly keep a careful eye on his status in the event that he becomes available for free at the end of the current campaign.

The past several weeks have been stressful for Tottenham fans, but by now they must be accustomed to it.
