the Grealish family were not pleased with their talks, according to the most recent Aston Villa news, despite Tottenham reportedly making three efforts to recruit the Villa academy graduate.

According to the player’s father, Kevin Grealish, Jack Grealish declined the chance to move from Aston Villa to Tottenham because they weren’t providing enough to the team.

Grealish was crucial to Villa’s survival in the Premier League the following season as well as their promotion from the Championship. He attracted attention with his skills, and in 2021 the midfielder signed a £100 million transfer to Manchester City.

As it turned out, Tottenham reached the Champions League final that year, raising some questions about the choice. Grealish senior continued, “I wondered, ‘Have I made a complete fool of myself?'”

“Have I screwed it up? And: “Will Jack ever have the chance to compete against such elite athletes?”

However, it wasn’t long before Grealish’s contributions while wearing a Villa jersey led to a lucrative £100 million transfer to Man City. The Villa academy alumnus played a significant role in Pep Guardiola’s treble-winning squad last year.
