‘He can do it again’: Former All Blacks player makes shocking statement about Eramus Springboks team

Rassie can steer Boks to their third successive World Cup title

Coach of the Springboks for the second time will be none other than Rassie Erasmus, the former director of rugby for South Africa.

With Jacques Nienaber’s departure, Rassie Erasmus is expected to take over as Springboks coach.

Nienaber’s decision to join Irish team Leinster was officially announced following the Boks’ victory over New Zealand in the Rugby World Cup final.

Erasmus, the former SA director of rugby, will take up the head coaching position once more.

The All Blacks were defeated 12-11 by the Springboks last month, making them only the second team in history to win two Rugby World Cups in a row.

With Rassie leading the charge, the team now has a chance to make it three, and it appears highly likely.

Former All Black hooker James Parsons thinks the Boks can win three straight RWC titles and create history.

“It seems like he really enjoys what he does,” he remarked on the Aotearoa Rugby Pod.

“Rassie and I have talked extensively about how much I respect him for being his own man.

We all know he played a major role in both of those World Cup victories, so you wouldn’t rule out him trying to complete a three-peat. What’s exciting is the tale that can be told over the next four years about him attempting to pull it off, whether he’s Director of Rugby or something else.

Parsons stated this week, “If there’s ever a bloke that could probably go three in a row, it would be him.”

The Boks will play again only the following year, following their successful defense of the Ellis Webb trophy.
