Tottenham ‘in particular’ keen on signing – Bargain Ange option for January, budget friendly

Spurs are very interested in signing the bargain-priced bargain Ange option for January.

Sebastian Cáceres’s representative reportedly conducted conversations with Torino and Tottenham Hotspur earlier this month regarding a possible trade for the Club América player, according to a report from Tuttosport.

The 24-year-old’s prospective new team, Serie A, has made moves in an attempt to overtake Tottenham in the transfer market.

TuttoMercatoWeb claims that the Turin team has already submitted an offer of €7 million for the defender.

The Mexican team has listed the center back for sale and is asking for a price between €8 million and €10 million to let him go. Even if Torino’s offer is nearly what they want, they are unable to come to an understanding.

This is due to rivalry for the player’s signature from Premier League teams, with “Tottenham in particular.”

Spurs have openly requested that Ange Postecoglou sign a new center-back for them for the upcoming season, and the report suggests they may be interested in the South American.

To mitigate the “risk” of losing the South American to Tottenham [or another club] in January, TMW clarify that Torino must move quickly.

Tottenham could now sign £13m defender for free

Tottenham Hotspur could be in line for a boost in their search for new defenders with news emerging that Tosin Adarabioyo is set to leave Fulham.

Adarabioyo’s time at Craven Cottage is approaching its last six months. He doesn’t appear to be signing a new contract as of yet.

Naturally, recent reports have indicated that Tottenham is interested in signing the former Man City player.

And it has now been claimed that Adarabioyo will in fact wind down his contract, which may be a major boost for Spurs’ aspirations of acquiring the defender.

Adarabioyo will now finish out his existing contract with the Cottagers rather than signing a new one, according to The Sun.

It is said that although there is now agreement that Adarabioyo will move on, Fulham still anticipated to see the “exceptional” player stay put in January.

It remains to be seen if they want to beat the rush to sign him by making a cheap move for him in January.

But Spurs, who are seeking defense reinforcements following Micky van de Ven’s injury, appear to have an open run at this.

    One to watch in January

During a transfer window, it is always worthwhile to keep an eye on any player whose contract is about to expire.

There will be a lot of cat and mouse between players and teams, so it wouldn’t be surprising if Spurs or another team tried to lure Fulham into taking advantage of this.

Right now, Marco Silva appears content with his partner. There is no rush to let Adarabioyo leave just yet because he was instrumental in leading the Cottagers to the cup final in midweek.

But as January goes on, this one might well cross the finish line if Tottenham comes calling and Adarabioyo wants to transfer too.

In any case, it appears that Adarabioyo is leaving Fulham.
