Harry Kane’s buy-back clause for Tottenham, according to transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano, will “not allow them to sign him again whenever they want.”

Kane transferred from Tottenham to Bayern Munich in a transaction estimated to be worth £100 million during the summer transfer window.

The 30-year-old started his final year of employment during the summer, so an exit was always an option if a competitive offer was made.

With five goals and two assists in his first six outings in Germany, the England international has had a fantastic start.

The condition simply states that Bayern has committed to notify Tottenham in the future if they decide to move Kane, according to Romano. Some sources have rejected it, while others have verified it.

Tottenham will get a formal call from Bayern to let them know about the situation if they have suggestions or offers, specifically from Premier League clubs.

“Tottenham will then have the option to counter any offers, but nothing changes on the player side because, in the end, Kane, and not Spurs or any other club, will decide the future of the player.

It’s a sort of gentleman’s agreement between Bayern and Tottenham to allow them to match beds in the future, but once again, only if Bayern choose to sell the player.
