The Italian publication La Repubblica has the most recent information on the Mexican striker, mentioning Inter Milan as a possible buyer for Gimenez.

But it’s also believed that Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid, and Tottenham are interested. Gimenez’s current form is reportedly “bewitching” these massive clubs, with an eye toward a move next summer, according to the article.

However, it will cost €50 million (£43 million) to pry him away from the Dutch champions, and that amount is likely to climb only if Gimenez keeps scoring goals in the same way that he does presently.

Feyenoord has “blocked any transfer for January,” according to the source, so interested parties will have to wait. Additionally, it’s thought that “satisfying” Gimenez’s present club won’t be simple.
