Chalobah expected to leave Chelsea

Chalobah is anticipated to leave Chelsea during the winter transfer window, according to Romano, who made the allegation on X on Sunday night.

“Both Chelsea and Trevoh Chalobah expect to split ways in January,” he stated, “the goal for English CB is to find more room and play on a more consistent basis in 2024.

“Discussions will take place after the Bayern deal fell through in August — interest is still there, but the race is open to other clubs as well.”

Ange Postecoglou has had a great start with Spurs, who are now in first place in the Premier League.

Even though it’s still early, Tottenham’s lack of depth in crucial positions, particularly at center-back, raises questions.
