At the first team level, James Maddison, Guglielmo Vicario, and Micky Van de Ven are already well-established stars, and Brennan Johnson and Manor Solomon have already demonstrated great potential.However, Alejo Veliz is a player we haven’t seen all that much of yet.

We haven’t really seen what the young Argentine can accomplish for Tottenham, but he has made intermittent appearances for Spurs.

Rob Guest, speaking on the Gold and Guest Talk Tottenham Podcast, claims that the striker is impressing Ange Postecoglou behind the scenes, which is why he is being phased into the first team earlier than many had anticipated. Alejo Veliz is a young man. He’s shown us more of him than we anticipated thus far. He seemed to be a player who would be adjusting throughout the first half of the season and contributing in the future, but Guest stated that he has pleased Postecoglou in the background and has played some minutes thus far. We may see a little more of him in the upcoming weeks.

Bodes well

Veilz’s future at Tottenham is greatly encouraged by this.

The 20-year-old Argentine has plenty of time ahead of him to develop into a superstar. Argentina has a fantastic ability to produce attacking talent of the highest kind, as is widely known, and Veliz may be the next player to come off that particular conveyor belt.

Although the young striker hasn’t had much of an impact at Tottenham thus far, we’re interested to see what the future holds for him given how much time he has left, especially given how closely he works with Ange Postecoglou.
