After lighting things up against the Tampa Bay Bucs, sensational franchise quarterback CJ Stroud is now expected to see an increase in his Madden 24 ratings.

Every week, the Madden 24 roster is updated, but this is the first time that the choice was made with direct input from the fans. We’ll dissect some of the Madden 24 rankings that Stroud is expected to rise in, along with how you can award the same bonus to your favorite player.

This season has seen a number of exceptional quarterbacks emerge, including Josh Dobbs, who is surprising in that he is succeeding despite having to perform under extremely difficult conditions. But the real star of the season might turn out to be rookie CJ Stroud, 22, who has already ignited the Houston Texans offense.

Even EA Sports couldn’t ignore the drumbeat to give CJ Stroud the credit he deserves with his Madden 24 rating after leading a Texans team that few had any confidence in to a 4-4 record to start the season. They have provided a few minor lifts this season, but fans were so impressed with Stroud’s performance against the Buccaneers that they informed the Madden Ratings Hotline about it.

“Do you know what CJ Stroud has been up to? Whoa, 470 passing yards in just his rookie year? “Dots on dots on dots,” a caller exclaimed. More pointedly, someone pointed out that Stroud “needs to at least be like an 80 or something” and highlighted his throwing ability.

In fact, the Madden 24 roster update for this week will see the CJ Stroud Madden 24 rating rise to 80 OVR. Furthermore, he receives a rating increase from 89 to 90 for Throw Power. CJ Stroud began the season with only 73 OVR, but he has since distinguished himself as one of the league’s most impressive rookies, and he now has Madden 24 ratings to prove it.
