Its youthful squad capitalized on not having a single starter from the state championship game the previous year, defeating opponents with a record of.500 or lower thus far. That will alter, though, in the upcoming games when it goes to Ferndale to play Davison on Saturday and hosts Renaissance on Friday.After ending 2023 with a 72-56 loss to Brother Rice, Huron gets back to the grind in a big way this week when it host Monroe on Tuesday, travels to Chelsea on Wednesday, hosts Ann Arbor Pioneer on Friday and travels to Ferndale to face West Bloomfield on Saturday.Muskegon has dominated, winning by eighteen points over Ferndale among other triumphs, including a one-point triumph against Rockford. Muskegon has a tough week ahead of them with a lot of games still to play.
