In the football world, Michigan is aiming to win its first national championship in the new College Football Playoff era. Michigan has a chance to win another national championship on Monday night against the Washington Huskies. The Wolverines haven’t won one since 1997.

Like they did against Alabama, the Wolverines announced their injury report two hours prior to kickoff, and for the season’s biggest game, nearly every player seems to be ready.

Rayshaun Benny, a defensive tackle rotational, suffered an injury in the Rose Bowl and will not play against the Huskies. Cole Cabana, a rookie running back, is likewise unavailable.

Security Quinten Johnson’s status against the Huskies is listed as questionable. A week ago, Johnson had a few noteworthy plays against Alabama.
