As numerous teams try to fill their current coaching vacancies, Jim Harbaugh’s future with the Michigan Wolverines is still up in the air due to interest from the NFL.
John Harbaugh, the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens, recently discussed the prospect of his brother joining him in the NFL as a head coach on The Adam Schefter Podcast.
John focused on Jim’s extraordinary talent for building a team while expressing his belief that his brother would make a successful NFL coach.
John said, “I think he’s the best team builder in football right now.” “No one is a better team builder. He is skilled at assembling everything from top to bottom. He understands how to involve others, how to include them in it, and
Jim would be making his second appearance in the NFL if he were to return in 2024. He was the coach of the San Francisco 49ers from 2011 to 2014. Even after a ten-year absence from the league, John remained confident in his brother’s capacity to build a championship team.
“It’s impossible to fake. It is impossible to fake. And that is one aspect of Jim. He’s real, he’s true,” John continued.
In his first interview of the current cycle, Harbaugh already had one with the Los Angeles Chargers, who cut their player Brandon Staley during the season.
Naturally, Michigan will entice him to stay in Ann Arbor, but his brother is confident that Jim would have a lot to offer the NFL if he were to leave the program after its national championship win.
